Glenn Fogle, Esq. - The Fogle Law Firm, LLCFOUNDER/PRINCIPAL MEMBER

H. Glenn Fogle, Jr., the founding member and principal of The Fogle Law Firm, LLC, is in his twenty-seventh year in the field of Immigration and Nationality Law. Raised in the United Kingdom until he was fourteen, Mr. Fogle returned to the U.S. with his family to attend high school and college.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in English Literature in 1988 from Davidson College in North Carolina with a year abroad at Edinburgh University in Scotland. Mr. Fogle was awarded his Juris Doctorate degree from The College of Law at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia on June 16, 1991. Three days later, he was sworn into the Georgia Bar and opened his immigration law practice immediately.

Mr. Fogle is a member of the bars of the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals of the Second Circuit, the Fourth Circuit, the Fifth Circuit, the Sixth Circuit, the Ninth Circuit and the Eleventh Circuit. He is a longtime member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), has spoken at AILA conferences and seminars, and has served as a AILA Mentor. Chambers and Partners, the prestigious British legal research firm, and U.S. News and World Reports Best Lawyers have ranked Mr. Fogle among the top immigration lawyers in Georgia for the past eight years and seven years respectively.

Mr. Fogle is an expert immigration law litigator and handles immigration court cases on a national level. Although based in Atlanta, he has handled cases in numerous U.S. immigration courts all over the country from New York to Honolulu and many, many courts in between. As a premiere authority on asylum law and deportation/removal defense, Mr. Fogle has successfully represented clients from a multitude of countries encompassing the continents of Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America. Mr. Fogle has won hundreds of appeals at the Board of Immigration Appeals and in 2006 won an unprecedented four immigration-based petitions for review (three published decisions) in the notoriously immigration unfriendly United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Since then, he has won several more petitions for review in the Eleventh Circuit, including another published decision in January 2008, one in the Sixth Circuit, and one published asylum decision in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in 2010.

Mary Lynn-Tedesco, Esq. - The Fogle Law FirmSENIOR ATTORNEY

Mary-Lynn Tedesco is an associate with the Fogle Law Firm in Charlotte. Ms. Tedesco is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey, where she was selected to participate in the Center for Social Justice’s Immigrants’ Rights and International Human Rights Clinic. During her time at Seton Hall Law, she was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team, which placed in the Top 8 in the Northeast Region. Ms. Seery additionally won runner-up for Best Oral Advocate and Best Brief for Seton Hall Law’s Gressman Moot Court Competition.

During her senior year at The Catholic University of America, where she graduated in 2011, she worked extensively with the immigration advocacy organization AYUDA, Inc. Graduating with a double major in Political Theory and Spanish for International Service, Ms. Tedesco won an award of distinction for her senior thesis on the topic of gang-based asylum. She also interned in the Superior Court of New Jersey in both Morris and Passaic Counties in New Jersey.

Ms. Tedesco has secured wins for clients in a multitude of areas, including extreme hardship waivers, removal defense, permanent residency applications, and assisting victims of violence and human trafficking, as well as complex research in many areas of immigration law.

Brandi Knox is a Senior Attorney in The Fogle Law Firm, LLC’s Atlanta office where she focuses on immigration law, including employment-based, family-based, removal defense and naturalization. She represents domestic and multinational employers before U.S. Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Department of Labor in connection with U.S. immigration-related issues.

Ms. Knox counsels employers on immigration policy, strategy, and compliance and has extensive experience conducting audits to assess I-9 compliance.  She focuses a portion of her practice on business development, including government certifications, organizational improvement, and government regulatory compliance.  She provides strategic business advisory and legal services to small and middle market businesses, start-ups and nonprofits, and she engages business owners and senior managers in an intensive, collaborative process to identify and resolve issues and challenges.  She is a skilled immigration subject matter expert with a solid understanding of visa requirements, compliance and other relevant issues for foreign talent recruitment and international personnel assignments.

Ms. Knox is a highly motivated professional with over 10 years of functional management experience to include 7 years of personnel management experience.  She has expert-level knowledge of all immigration issues and global mission policies and procedures, as well as extensive experience managing complex business immigration matters, with specific expertise handling a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions for mid-size, and large corporations with over 500 visa-dependent employees.

Ms. Knox has gained experience in immigration law as a senior associate and senior immigration specialist at four Atlanta law firms where she served as the primary point of contact for A-list clients, managing workflow, escalations and billing for books of business ranging from 1.5M to 2.9M.   At U.S. Department of Labor – Office of Foreign Labor Certification, gained experience in adjudicating PERM applications selected for audit where she was a member of a special commissioned audit review team selected to clear PERM 18-month backlog.

Natalie Griggs, Esq. - The Fogle Law FirmNatalie L. Griggs, Esq.  is an Associate Attorney with The Fogle Law Firm, LLC who represents clients in their immigration matters before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (Immigration Courts and Board of Immigration Appeals) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.  She graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Experimental Psychology. As an undergraduate, Ms. Griggs served as an intern with the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee and participated in numerous community service events with her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Ms. Griggs earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law in May 2016. While in law school, she competed twice in the Mid- Atlantic Black Law Students Association’s Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition, earning a spot in the semi-finals her final year. A zealous litigator and advocate, Ms. Griggs accumulated over 700 hours of client centered representation through the Juvenile and Special Education Clinic and the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic. During her third year of law school, Ms. Griggs won her first case when the Arlington Immigration Court granted asylum for her client and her clients’ five non-U.S. citizen children.

Following her law school graduation, Ms. Griggs briefly served as a federal contractor with the United States Attorney’s Office’s Cyber Crime Unit, working with Assistant United States Attorneys and the Office of International Affairs on investigations and prosecutions of international cyber-crimes. Shortly thereafter, she served as an Assistant Public Defender with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender in Charles County, Maryland under Rule 19-215, representing numerous defendants in the Maryland Criminal Court system.

Ms. Griggs relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 2018. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice law before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia as appears in Immigration Courts and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Offices nationwide.

Pradeek Sushleelan, Esq. - The Fogle Law FirmPradeek Susheelan, Esq. is an of-counsel attorney with the Fogle Law Firm, LLC and works out of the Los Angeles Offfice. He attended the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), earning a Master’s in Law (LL.M.) with certifications in Social Justice & Public Interest Law, and Public Law & Regulation. His focus during the Master’s program was on challenging agency actions in immigration matters by utilization of administrative law. Mr. Susheelan is a member of the New York Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, chapters of Northern California and Santa-Clara, CA (Silicon Valley).

Mr. Susheelan is an immigrant to the United States and was born in the United Kingdom to Indian parents. He attended School in Bangalore, India, and has lived in London, Kuwait, Dubai, Atlanta, and New York. In London, Mr. Susheelan attended the Prestigious Inns of Court School of Law that counts amongst its alumni Mahatma Gandhi, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Jawaharlal Nehru and four British Prime Ministers including Tony Blair and Margaret Thatcher.  He is a member of the Bar of England & Wales and a Barrister of the Honorable Society of the Inner Temple.

Mr. Susheelan has been a speaker on Labor certification at the American Immigration Lawyers Association and ILW conferences. He was a partner at the law firm of Stewart & Susheelan, PLLC, and at the 35-year-old SYSS Law firm focused on the IT sector. Before being of-counsel to the Fogle Law Firm, he represented clients in Immigration Court as an associate attorney of the firm. He has developed expertise in a wide range of immigration matters from employment based petitions, to humanitarian Petitions and administrative appeals. He regularly volunteers at the East Bay Sanctuary Covenant where he represents Asylum seekers. AVVO has selected Mr. Susheelan as a top immigration attorney with a superb rating of 10/10.
